2. How do I install the myGFC app?

There are two ways to download the myGFC application. One is to use your device’s built-in camera to capture the QR code on any equipment serviced by GFC. This should initiate a download from the appropriate app store. Alternatively, you can directly download the application from the Apple App Store or Google Play store.

3. I called in a service request, but I can’t track my service call in the app.

Notifications are displayed in the app only for service calls made through the app itself. If you initiate a service call through the myGFC app, you will see notifications when a technician is dispatched, arrives and completes a service call.
