We offer a choice of two
self-funded medical plans. Deductibles and co-pays may apply depending on usage of providers; premiums vary according to the coverage selected.
Our plan has a $1,000 maximum benefit per year with a $50 annual deductible and covers services such as cleanings, basic care, major care, and orthodontics.
GFC offers two vision plans; the first covers materials to replace glasses or contact lenses; the second insures both exam and materials at a slightly higher premium.
Our 401(K) plan allows you to contribute earnings in a pretax and/or Roth after-tax basis.Contributions are immediately vested and our match is based on your deferral, up to 9%.
Associates averaging at least 30 hrs/week are eligible to elect from two group life insurance benefit offerings. Plans include Supplemental Life Insurance and Basic Life Insurance with Accidental Death/Dismemberment coverage.
Eligible associates working more than 30 hrs/wk can enroll in plans that provide benefits for non-occupational illness or accident that prohibits the associate from working.
Short-term disability is paid by the company.
Legal benefit coverage includes basic legal advice such as general contractual questions and will preparation.
This program was established for dependent children of associates to help their post high school studies, with financial assistance to use toward an accredited vocational-technical college or university.
A maximum of $2,500 per child can be obtained to offset costs associated with the adoption process. Services covered include legal fees, agency fees, medical expenses, foster care costs, etc.
Eligible associates become eligible for the plan on the first day of the year following 10 continuous years employment or 5 continuous years in a supervisory position.
