We offer a choice of multiple, broad network, medical plans with various deductibles, copays, and premiums based on the level of coverage you select.


Gordon Flesch Company partners with Delta Dental to offer our dental benefit coverage. Delta Dental has one of the largest provider networks in the country offering significant discounts to cleanings, basic care, major care, and orthodontics.


We offer a vision plan that covers an annual exam and materials; to include glasses and contacts.

401(K) Plan

Our 401(K) plan allows you to contribute earnings in a pretax and/or Roth (after- tax) basis. The company provides a discretionary match on a portion of your contributions. Unlike many plans, this match is immediately vested.



Our Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts allow participants to contribute, pre-tax, up to $2,600/yr to HCFSA and up to $5,000/yr to a DCFSA.

Life Insurance

Gordon Flesch Company offers two forms of life insurance benefits. Basic life coverage and Supplemental Life Insurance. Enrollment in the Supplemental Life Insurance plan allows participants to also elect coverages for their spouse and dependent children.


Our disability offerings include both short-term and long-term disability benefits. All full-time associates are automatically enrolled in the short-term disability offering which is paid for by the company.

 Legal Benefits

Legal benefit coverage includes basic legal advice such as general contractual questions and will preparation.



Gordon Flesch Company offers a comprehensive wellness program including flu shot clinics, health risk assessments, 3-4 annual challenges, reimbursement for gym memberships and an Employee Assistance Program.


Recognition Trip

Sales associates who meet established qualifiers within the calendar year are eligible to attend a company-sponsored week-long sales trip the following spring with a guest. Past destinations include Ireland, Italy, Costa Rica, Spain and Maui.

Each year, over 20 associates are nominated for a vacation. Winners can be from any area of the business (except sales), must have three years of service and can bring a guest. Past destinations include Las Vegas and Nashville.

Recognition Trip

Associates who reach their 25-year anniversary with the organization are eligible for a week-long company-sponsored trip with a guest to Hawaii.
