At the Gordon Flesch Company (GFC) , the well-being of our associates, clients and community are always a priority. Given the national state of emergency declared as a result of the coronavirus health crisis, GFC is taking several steps to ensure the safety of our teams and to protect the health of our communities.
In an effort to minimize the spread of COVID-19, we will be providing the capability for a portion of our staff to work remotely. Be assured that GFC has disaster preparedness and business continuity plans in place for events such as natural disasters and pandemics, and we have designed our business to withstand these occurrences with minimal impact to our customers.
Our executive team is monitoring the situation closely and we have temporarily suspended non-essential travel. We have also instructed our branches to cancel any upcoming large group events. We are also closely monitoring our partners’ global supply chain and, at this point do not foresee any issues in regards to inventory levels. Factories in China and Japan are back up and running.
