The Gordon Flesch Company offers several benefits supporting the health care needs of employees and their families. This includes a choice of medical plans, a comprehensive dental plan and a choice of two vision care plans. A percentage of the premium costs for the medical and dental plans are supplemented by the Gordon Flesch Company.
We offer both Health Care and Dependent Care Reimbursement Accounts. These plans allow participants to deduct contributions on a pretax basis to an account to be used for medial or daycare expenses.
The Gordon Flesch Company provides several life and disability benefit options, which include short term and long-term coverage. In addition, coverage is offered for long term care for employees and their extended family members.
The Gordon Flesch Company has established a 401(k) plan that allows you to contribute up to 60% of your annual salary. Contributions can be made on a pretax basis. In addition, Roth 401(k) options will also allow you to contribute on an after-tax basis. Our exceptional match is based on your deferral, up to 9%. You immediately own the money GFC contributes—there is no vesting period.
Scholarship Tuition Program
The Gordon J. Flesch Scholarship Program was established for dependent children of associates of the Gordon Flesch Company to help and encourage their post high school studies. Under this program, an associate's child can receive financial assistance to use toward an accredited vocational-technical college or university.
Adoption Assistance Program
The Gordon Flesch Company provides eligible associates adoption assistance up to a maximum of $2,500 per adopted child for covered services.
The Gordon Flesch Company sends employees on various trips for high performance and achievements from the prior year. Some of the destinations have included Italy, Spain, Costa Rica, Hawaii and Arizona.
