This will coincide with when customers will be able to register and apply for the [warranty](https://www.3m.com/3M/en_US/graphics-signage-us/resources/warranties/).  ## The Canon Colorado 1650 Printer with UVgel Technology Canon is seeing rapid growth in the adoption and use of its Colorado platform and patented UVgel technology. The Canon Colorado 1650 is a **superior 64-inch printer using UVgel ink technology** for increased color gamut, light fastness of eco-solvent, quick drying time of latex and features a low-temperature UV printing process. UVgel technology also enables unique options, such as the production of output with a matte or gloss finish or even the two combined in one print. UVgel inks produce odorless, robust output fully certified for indoor use, as well as having superior durability for outdoor use. Proving itself to be a sustainable and cost-efficient alternative for latex and eco-solvent technology, UVgel 460 inks feature **zero VOC emissions, zero hazardous air pollutants and a low average ink usage.** That’s why UVgel’s breakthrough formulation is transforming large format printing technology.  ## The 3M MCS Warranty Program  To qualify for approval, the Colorado 1650 and its UVgel 460 inks, in combination with a variety of 3M media, successfully passed a series of rigorous tests carried out under 3M’s stringent assessment conditions. The 3M MCS Warranty gives peace of mind and confidence that images will perform as expected for the intended lifetime of the printed graphic. The 3M MCS Warranty provides **non-prorated protection for the graphic’s intended lifespan**. The warranty includes graphics performance protection against fading, cracking, peeling, blistering and discoloration. This approval provides assurance that applications printed on the Colorado 1650 in combination with the UVgel 460 and 3M’s approved media will achieve the highest quality standards. Examples of applications covered by the 3M MCS Warranty include vehicle graphics, floor graphics, signs and displays.  ## For More Information  In case you have questions about this warranty, our production print offerings or any of the hardware or services provided by Gordon Flesch Company, please [contact us](https://www.gflesch.com/contact-us) for more information.  [![Improve Your Organization's Green Initiatives](https://no-cache.hubspot.com/cta/default/2259185/073c117d-7a75-4863-85ab-33a6994521d4.png)](https://cta-redirect.hubspot.com/cta/redirect/2259185/073c117d-7a75-4863-85ab-33a6994521d4) ## You may also like these posts about: **Production Print** [![Marketing materials and color charts on a table with the hands of staff pointing out items of interest during a meeting](https://www.gflesch.com/hubfs/2026-Blog-Header_Printed%20Marketing%20Materials%20for%20B2B%20Companies.png) ](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/printed-marketing-materials-b2b-that-work) [Production Print](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/topic/production-print) ### [Printed Marketing Materials for B2B Companies: What Actually Works](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/printed-marketing-materials-b2b-that-work) 05/21/2026 | 4 min Read [![Man pointing at the word ](https://www.gflesch.com/hubfs/2025-Blog-Header_How%20Poor%20Print%20Quality%20Impacts%20Brand%20Perception.png) ](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/how-poor-print-quality-impacts-brand-perception) [Production Print](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/topic/production-print) ### [How Poor Print Quality Impacts Brand Perception](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/how-poor-print-quality-impacts-brand-perception) 01/15/2026 | 3 min Read [![CMYK ink colors featured on a white background](https://www.gflesch.com/hubfs/2025-Header_What%20is%20a%20Digital%20Printing%20Press.png) ](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/digital-printing-press) [Production Print](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/topic/production-print) ### [What is a Digital Printing Press?](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/digital-printing-press) 04/01/2025 | 2 min Read [← The 7 Biggest Office Technology Challenges Businesses Will Face in 2023](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/office-business-technology-challenges) [** ](https://www.gflesch.com/blog) [5 Steps to Determine Managed Print Service Costs →](https://www.gflesch.com/blog/managed-print-services-cost) - [WHAT WE OFFER](https://www.gflesch.com/managed-services) - [Hardware](https://www.gflesch.com/hardware) - [imageCARE Managed Print](https://www.gflesch.com/managed-print-services) - [Managed Voice Services](https://www.gflesch.com/managed-voice-services) - [Managed IT](https://www.elevityit.com/) - [WHO WE ARE](https://www.gflesch.com/the-gfc-difference) - [Who We Serve](https://www.gflesch.com/who-we-serve) - [The GFC Difference](https://www.gflesch.com/the-gfc-difference) - [RESOURCES](https://www.gflesch.com/resource-library) - [eBooks](https://www.gflesch.com/resource-library#ebook) - [GFC Case Studies](https://www.gflesch.com/case-studies) - [Infographics](https://www.gflesch.com/resource-library#infographic) - [Videos](https://www.gflesch.com/videos) - [FAQs](https://www.gflesch.com/frequently-asked-questions) - [BLOG](https://www.gflesch.com/blog) - [SUPPORT](https://www.gflesch.com/customer-support) - [Client Portal](https://einfo.gflesch.com/einfo/Gateway/Login) - [Device Drivers & Utilities](https://www.gflesch.com/client-tools/device-drivers-and-utilites) - [Order Supplies](https://www.gflesch.com/client-tools/order-supplies) - [Pay My Invoice](http://gflesch.billtrust.com) - [Recycle Services](https://www.gflesch.com/client-tools/recycle-services) - [Technical Support](https://www.gflesch.com/client-tools/technical-support) - [Dealer Requests](https://forms.gflesch.com/Forms/salesordernationals) - [CONTACT](https://www.gflesch.com/contact-us) - [Locations](https://www.gflesch.com/contact-us#locations) [![GFC-2021-Logo_White](https://www.gflesch.com/hubfs/Gordon-Flesch-Site/Logos/GFC-2021-Logo_White.svg "GFC-2021-Logo_White")](https://www.gflesch.com/) 2675 Research Park Drive Madison, WI 53711 800.333.5905 [CLIENT TOOLS](https://www.gflesch.com/customer-support) © 2023 Gordon Flesch Company.
