Gordon Flesch Company Security Policy
At the Gordon Flesch Company (GFC), customer security is one of our top priorities. When equipment sold and serviced by GFC is returned to us, we will clear all user data from the hard drive following the manufacturer’s procedures upon receipt of the equipment. At a customer’s request, we will provide a letter confirming this procedure has been completed on their equipment. If the customer would like to retain possession of the hard drive, we will remove the hard drive and leave it with the customer for a fee. For more details, contact the service department at your local Gordon Flesch Company branch.
In addition, when disposing of equipment which contains a hard drive, we recommend to our customers that they utilize one of the security solutions provided by the manufacturers of the products we sell. This will assure that your data is safe and cannot be accessed by any unauthorized parties following disposal of your equipment.
