Technical Support Center

The Technical Support Center provides live support to our customers on their printers, scanners, multifunction devices and software. Our highly trained systems engineers work with IT professionals and end-users to answer questions and resolve issues as they arise. The Technical Support Center includes a state-of-the-art laboratory which makes it possible to duplicate most customer environments. Access to such resources serves the troubleshooting process and expedites resolution time.

The Technical Support Center will answer your questions on such functions as networking, printing, scanning, desktop faxing, and issues with your document management or workflow software.
