Rosemont Center
The Rosemont Center provides for the physical, emotional, mental and spiritual well being of most troubled youth and their families in the greater Columbus area and Franklin County. Committed to helping every child in need, Rosemont is dedicated to healing and renewing young people with a history of trouble and abuse. Rosemont provides the unconditional acceptance, treatment, counseling, education and hope necessary to help them become more productive members of the community.
For 140 years, Rosemont Center has been a safe haven for young people in need. No child is ever turned away from Rosemont. Children and young adults who have challenges in life find consistent, caring help at Rosemont, even when they are too troubled for other agencies to help. Rosemont is dedicated to breaking the cycle of abuse and reuniting families, by providing guidance and support for parents as well as care for children. The Center works to meet the diverse needs of its clients through crisis care, diagnostic assessment, mental health treatment, specialized foster care, day treatment, outpatient services, and residential programs.
The Day Treatment Program is designed to meet the mental health needs of adolescents who have severe emotional and behavioral difficulties at home, school and/or in the community. Rosemont has requested 60” solid wood tables and chairs for use in the Day Treatment program.
Our donation of $5000 will help to purchase this furniture needed in the Day Program.
