Central Community House
Central Community House is a community center serving the near east and near south neighborhoods of Columbus. Their mission is to empower people to reach their full potential, to be self supporting and to live cooperatively with others.The Central Community House serves over 3,000 individuals each year.
Plans to convert the original home of the Central Community House into the Center for Art and Community will provide an English center and an art gallery for the popular Transit Arts teen program.
The award of $5,000 will be used to add a wheelchair access ramp to the new building.

FACT
Financial Assistance for Cancer Treatment is dedicated to helping individuals who have been diagnosed with cancer by providing financial assistance for treatment, medication, supplies and transportation when other means are not available.
The award of $2,500 will be used towards this financial assistance.

Southeast Ohio Sight Center
The Southeast Ohio Sight Center provides a prevention program called the Vision Care Solution Program that screens children aged 3-5 at local schools and older children at local health fairs or in office. This program helps alleviate the financial stress of eyecare and eyeglasses. Parents complete an interview form to determine eligibility and eyecare needs are provided by local optometrists or opthamalogists.
The award of $2,500 will be used towards this program.

Lancaster-Fairfield Community Action Agency
The Lancaster-Fairfield Community Center is an all encompassing community center that provides the basic needs for the Lancaster-Fairfield area. Their programs include “Early Childhood Services, Employment and Training, Energy Outreach, Housing, Recycling and litter Prevention, and a Food Bank.
The award of $5,000 will help provide food, clothing and shelter to the low and moderate-income population of Fairfield County.

National Church Residences
National Church Residences provides housing and supportive services and quality healthcare for vulnerable populations. They provide housing for low income and formerly homeless individuals who have a medically diagnosed disability and assist individuals dealing with medical conditions.
The award of $5,000 will help with support services for individuals with low-income and or long term homelessness and a disabling medical condition.
